About us

Formation of the compliance Practice The practice is approved with the FSB and has a 100% black owned member: Mumsie Ethel Mogapi, former public prosecutor for 12 years and former FSB employee for 5 years working in the Compliance division as a Senior Analyst. The practice has been in business for the past 7 years. The practice is undergoing a facelift as it is now in the process of establishing substations in various provinces in order to deal with capacity problems. As a registered business with CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Commission) we are also accountable taxpayers and therefore we strive to adhere to the legislation and regulations governing all entities in South Africa.
